ENERGETIC, CHIEFS FANS SHOW OFF THEIR CELEBRATION DANCES!
Men & women, all races, 18 – 80+ (must be at least 18). Individuals selected will receive $650! Videos will appear in commercials for TV & social media.
HOW TO SUBMIT:

BIG ENERGY! How did you REALLY feel when the Chiefs won the Super Bowl?!
Wear Chiefs gear! NO player likenesses (as in, no Mahomes face).
Suggest fun names for your dance! (See examples below)
Best quality video possible! Good lighting. (See examples below)
NO company logos (besides Chiefs!), NO one under 18
NO smoking, drinking, drug use, or lewd behavior.
Stay-at-home, COVID-19 style shooting. Stay safe!

RECORDING & PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:
Shoot outside for the best lighting (see the photos above). Ideally, have someone who is already at home with you, record your video. Start the recording with you standing relatively close to the camera, where we can see your head & shoulders, or you waist up at the most (you’ll want to practice this in advance). State your name clearly and talent agency if you have one. Step back to a position where we can see you from head to toe (mostly). Your body should fill the frame, leaving little-to-no space at the top of the frame or at the bottom. Announce the name(s) of your dance. Silly is good!!!
Give us your best Celebration Dance! Show us how you REALLY FELT after the Chiefs won the Super Bowl! Quirky, different, funny, are all good.
Your final video should be NO MORE than 2 minutes, including introductions.
Video files MUST BE RENAMED before submitting. Ideally, you will transfer your video from your phone to your computer for renaming & upload. However, you can send videos straight from your phone but you MUST RENAME THE VIDEO FILE before uploading. Any unnamed videos will be discarded. NO exceptions!!!
Take a still photo of yourself head & shoulders, smiling right at the camera. Fill up the frame. RENAME this file EXACTLY THE SAME AS YOUR VIDEO.
It is very important that your end product is high enough in quality to be broadcast to a large, widescreen TV. Test your results on your laptop, better still mirror to your TV. If the video is fuzzy and the images are pixelating, you need to reshoot! Use a higher resolution, larger frame. Shoot HD if at all possible. Otherwise, make sure the frame is 1080 x 1920 at the very minimum. File size must be under 600 MB. If you have any issues with uploading to the link provided, you can send the video via WeTransfer directly to me at heather@wrightlairdcasting.com Fill out the form and submit that with your photo then WeTransfer the video.

RENAMING VIDEO FILE FOR ANDROID USERS:
Open your file manager app
Browse to the file.
Tap and hold the file.
Tap ⁝ key
Tap Rename.
Enter a new name.
Tap OK or Done.
All videos will be uploaded into a single folder. We are expecting a LOT of submissions since the age range is anyone over the age of 18. Any file submitted without your name WILL BE DELETED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
